Vision
Our key purpose to be a resource to our community, not only when disaster strikes, but as everyday needs develop. We believe we are called to be the hands and feet of Jesus, by directly impacting those that are in our community. Our vision is to see humanity come together holistically.
The Blessing Wave strives to be a wave of kindness and generosity that continuously flows. We aim to utilize the collective power of our own community to meet the needs of those directly in the community. Most nonprofits strive to meet a specific need or reach a specific group but we live in a society where needs are constant and ever-changing. The Blessing Wave aims to show up where and when needed. That might look like helping a single mother pay rent for the month, a single father who needs to put food on the table, or even an elderly person who needs their prescriptions.
Immediate needs often get overlooked and are often the toughest to fill as assistance often requires time, paperwork, and hoops to jump through, but we can step in to fill the gap and remove the red tape. In short, when called we team up with the community and show up for the community.
