The Wave that keeps flowing

A Wave of kindness. A Wave of compassion. A Wave of love. A Wave of hope.

The Blessing Wave is a community-driven organization harnessing the collective power of humanity to reach the needs of those in our own backyard.

A resource for our community

Our key purpose to be a resource to our community, not only when disaster strikes, but as everyday needs develop. We believe we are called to be the hands and feet of Jesus, by directly impacting those that are in our community. Our vision is to see humanity come together holistically.

How The Wave is different

Immediate, everyday needs are often overlooked and the toughest to fill, as program assistance requires time, paperwork, and hoops to jump through. We utilize the collective power of our own community to meet the needs of those in the community quickly — whether it’s an elderly person that can’t afford their medication, a single mother that can’t make rent, or a single father that may need some assistance with groceries.

The why behind The Wave

The Blessing Wave was birthed shortly after the devastating tornadoes of March 3, 2020 in Nashville, TN. We woke up to to find parts of our city completely destroyed. We jumped into action helping where and when we could. We toured the neighborhoods, worked with the community leaders, organized efforts, and saw the power of our community coming together.

Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it for me.
